Innovation is not a wild flower that spontaneusly grow in the country. Innovation needs to be seeded, feeded and stimulated; and has to be based on a strong concept and philosophy to rely on. Designing OIEs (both at conceptual, structural and spatial levels) is a key point to make possible open innovation, mainly because to be “open” must be participative and based on a multilevel, multidirectional, sustainable, communication among the whole stakeholders considered in the process. This is the philosophy behind INNODAY#3, an event that will be held in Alicante on October 2013, organized by FUTURLAB and co-funded by UA and Generalitat Valenciana.
INNODAY: EL DISEÑO DE SISTEMAS DE INNOVACION ABIERTA (SIAs). La innovación no es una flor salvaje que crece espontáneamente en el campo. La innovación necesita ser plantada, alimentada y estimulada; y ha de estar basada en un concepto y una filosofía fuertes sobre las que apoyarse. Diseñar OIEs (tanto a nivel conceptual, como estructural y espacial) es un factor clave para hacer posible la innovación abierta, principalmente porque para ser “abierta” debe ser participativa y estar basada en una comunicación multinivel, multidireccional y sostenible, entre la totalidad de actores participando en el proceso. Esta es la filosofía bajo la que estamos organizando INNODAY#3, un evento que se celebrará en la Universidad de Alicante en Octubre de 2013, y que estará organizado por FUTURLAB y co-financiado por la UA y la Generalitat Valenciana.
