Enric Bas and Mario Guillo, were the guest speakers (with the following conferences: “Foresight and Innovation: designing future” and “Genius Loci-: the city as a creative and innovative,” respectively) in the IV Summer Course of the University of Deusto “Strategic Planning of Cities and Urban Governance: how to move from Plan to Action” organized by the U. of Deusto, with Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) and Bilbao Metropoli-30 Foundation. This course is aimed primarily at students of Masters in Strategic Foresight and Planning from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Este curso esta dirigido fundamentalmente a los estudiantes de Master en Prospectiva Estratégica y Planificación del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
