{"id":51,"date":"2020-05-08T16:10:54","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T16:10:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/futurlab.es\/?page_id=51"},"modified":"2020-09-17T15:19:53","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T15:19:53","slug":"gym","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/futurlab.es\/?page_id=51","title":{"rendered":"GYM"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>WHAT<\/h3>\n<p>GYM es una din\u00e1mica de prospectiva participativa desarrollada con el fin de generar innovaciones sociales y de negocio orientadas a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas o retos concretos y reales facilitados por empresas y organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Las soluciones son generadas en base a las expectativas de futuro y las ideas creativas de j\u00f3venes estudiantes (de entre 15 y 25 a\u00f1os) y bajo supervisi\u00f3n de mentores acad\u00e9micos y profesionales y la direcci\u00f3n de FUTURLAB.<\/p>\n<h3>HOW<\/h3>\n<p><strong>4 fases, 4 opciones, 4 elementos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toda din\u00e1mica GYM es desarrollada empleando el m\u00e9todo \u201cCreative Futures\u201d, ideado por FUTURLAB \u2013 Laboratorio de Prospectiva de la UA, en cuatro fases: investigaci\u00f3n, diagn\u00f3stico, pron\u00f3stico y terapia. En cada paso los estudiantes, junto con sus mentores, avanzan en la identificaci\u00f3n y comprensi\u00f3n del problema o reto, la definici\u00f3n de alternativas, y el dise\u00f1o de un prototipo (soluci\u00f3n innovadora).<\/p>\n<p>La din\u00e1mica requiere de un m\u00ednimo (una ma\u00f1ana) para ser desarrollada y puede extenderse hasta un semestre acad\u00e9mico, a conveniencia del cliente. Aqu\u00ed se ofrecen cuatro propuestas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GYM-World Cafe (4 horas)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Workshop (4 dias)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Intensive Course (4 semanas)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Course (4 meses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para ser desarrollada se necesitan 4 elementos: FUTURLAB (proveedor de la metodolog\u00eda y facilitador del proceso), al menos una empresa u organizaci\u00f3n (Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica u ONG), al menos un centro acad\u00e9mico (de educaci\u00f3n secundaria o superior) y un grupo de estudiantes.<\/p>\n<h3>WHY<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Los estudiantes adquieren experiencia y valor diferencial al participar en un estudio de caso real, en tiempo real, orientado a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas reales. Y lo hacen bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de mentores profesionales y en base a un reto planteado directamente por una organizaci\u00f3n relevante en su sector.<\/li>\n<li>Los centros acad\u00e9micos pueden integrar un elemento que otorga valor a\u00f1adido adicional a sus programas docentes, facilitando a sus estudiantes una toma de contacto con el mundo profesional, con una perspectiva 100% pr\u00e1ctica, orientada a la resoluci\u00f3n creativa de problemas reales y totalmente interactiva.<\/li>\n<li>Las empresas y organizaciones, por un lado pueden profundizar en la dimensi\u00f3n RSC-responsabilidad social corporativa, y por otro tener acceso a informaci\u00f3n fresca y contrastada de gran utilidad para desarrollar estrategias basadas en experiencia de usuario, sobre todo entre los mas j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h3>WHAT<\/h3>\n<p>GYM is a Participatory Foresight process focused on developing social and business innovations oriented to solving real problems or challenges presented by firms and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The solutions developed within the process are based on future expectancies and creative ideas coming from young students (between 15 and 25 years), under the supervision of academic mentors, professional and FUTURLAB coordinators.<\/p>\n<h3>HOW<\/h3>\n<p>4 phases, 4 options, 4 elements:<\/p>\n<p>Every GYM process is developed following the \u201cCreative Futures\u201d Method, created by FUTURLAB \u2013 The Foresight Laboratory at UA, in four phases: research, diagnosis, prognosis, therapy. In each phase students, together with their mentors, go forward in the identification and understanding of the problem or challenge, the definition of alternatives and the design of a prototype (innovative solution).<\/p>\n<p>This process requires a minimum time (half day) to be developed and can be extended till an academic semester, according to the client preferences. Here an example of the most common formats we have developed for our clients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GYM-World Cafe (4 hours)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Workshop (4 days)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Intensive Course (4 weeks)<\/li>\n<li>GYM-Course (4 months)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For developing the process 4 elements\/actors are needed: FUTURLAB (provider of the metodology and facilitator of the process), at least one firm or institution (Public Administration or NGO), at least one educational institution (secondary of higher education) and a group of students.<\/p>\n<h3>WHY<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Students acquire experience and added value to their profiles while they participate in a real case study, in real time, oriented to solve real problems. And they do this under the supervision of profesional mentors and facing the challenge proposed by a relevant organization in the sector.<\/li>\n<li>Educational centers can integrate an element that could give added value to their educational programs, by providing their students direct contact with the professional world, under a 100% practical perspective, oriented to solving real problems in a creative and interactive way.<\/li>\n<li>In one hand, Firms and Institutions can deepen into their Corporate Social Responsibility strategies; on the other hand, they can easily access to \u201cfresh\u201d and validated market data, very useful for developing strategies based on user experience, specially among youngsters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHAT GYM es una din\u00e1mica de prospectiva participativa desarrollada con el fin de generar innovaciones sociales y de negocio orientadas a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas o retos concretos y reales facilitados por empresas y organizaciones.
