One of these sessions was conducted by Mario Guill\u00f3, aiming to give general guidelines and to analyse cases of international relevance, which serve as a reference to guide the process of design, development and implementation of a Foresight Observatory to support innovation in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CONSTRUYENDO UN OBSERVATORIO DE PROSPECTIVA EN HONDURAS. La pasada semana se llevaron a cabo las \u00faltimas sesiones del programa integral de formaci\u00f3n que la Fundaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Alicante est\u00e1 impartiendo en Honduras para el Secretariado de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n (SENACYT), programa que pretende formar a cuadros de dicho Secretariado para el desarrollo de un plan nacional de ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda en la Rep\u00fablica de Honduras.
