On Monday 3 November was held at the University of Alicante INNODAY#4, organized by FUTURLAB with the support of the SOCIAL COUNCIL of the UA and the GENERALITAT VALENCIANA. During this high-level seminar, 4 international experts in Foresight and Innovation, coming from leading organizations woldwide, such as the Aalto University (Finland), Iceland Innovation Center or Hackers & Founders (Silicon Valley, USA). After the contributions of these experts, attendees (representatives of major companies and institutions in the region of Alicante, researchers and students of the UA) took part in an open discussion on the key challenges that Alicante region should face in order to boost Innovation and developing different Participatory Foresight and Social Innovation initiatives.
ESTUDIANTES, INVESTIGADORES Y EMPRESAS REFLEXIONANDO SOBRE EL FUTURO DE LA REGION. El pasado lunes 3 de Noviembre se celebró en la Universidad de Alicante INNODAY#4, organizado por FUTURLAB con el apoyo del CONSEJO SOCIAL de la UA y la GENERALITAT VALENCIANA. Durante este seminario de alto nivel contamos con la participación de expertos internacionales en Prospectiva e Innovación, provenientes de organizaciones que son referentes a nivel internacional, como es el caso de la Aalto University (Finlandia), el Iceland Innovation Center o Hackers&Founders (Silicon Valley, USA). Tras disfrutar de las aportaciones de dichos expertos, los asistentes (representantes de importantes empresas e instituciones de la región de Alicante, investigadores y estudiantes de la UA) tomaron parte en un debate abierto sobre los principales retos a los que debe hacer frente el tejido socieconómico de la región de Alicante para desarrollar procesos de Prospectiva Participativa e Innovación Social.
