Last March 26th Enric Bas and Mario Guilló coordinated a workshop on Innovation and Foresight within the IV Conference on Research, organized by the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alicante. Starting from the assumption that Innovation is not-only-Technology, and working together with Juan Mesa (Dean of the Faculty, who also participated in Innoday) and Ernesto Cutillas (Head of Research), a session was organized to meet a select group of students, researchers and teachers coming from different Humanities fields of study, with the aim of identifying and assessing future challenges and proposing innovative ideas to meet these challenges from Humanities.

INNOVANDO A TRAVÉS DE LAS HUMANIDADES. El pasado viernes 26 de Marzo Enric Bas y Mario Guilló impartieron un taller sobre Innovación y Prospectiva dentro de las IV Jornadas de Investigación, organizadas por la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras. Partiendo de la premisa de que la Innovación no es –únicamente- Tecnología, y trabajando conjuntamente con Juan Mesa (Decano de dicha Facultad, que participó en Innoday) y Ernesto Cutillas (Responsable del Área de Investigación), se diseñó una sesión que reunió a un selecto grupo de estudiantes, investigadores y profesores del Área de Humanidades, con el objetivo de trabajar de manera dinámica en la identificación y evaluación de retos a futuro y en la formulación de ideas innovadoras para afrontar dichos retos desde el ámbito de las Humanidades.
